Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MedicPass, the exam-preparation service available at medictest.info and in our apps ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using MedicPass you agree to them.

1. The service

MedicPass is an online exam-preparation service for EMS certification exams — EMT, AEMT and Paramedic — aligned to the NREMT blueprint. A subscription gives you access to:

  • An NREMT-aligned question bank with full answer rationales
  • Adaptive practice that targets the topics you score lowest on
  • A day-by-day study plan built around your exam date
  • Timed exam-style practice sessions
  • Access on the web portal and in the iOS and Android apps

MedicPass is a study aid. We work to keep the content aligned with the current NREMT exam blueprint, but we do not administer the exam, we cannot register you for it, and no preparation product can guarantee a passing score. Content is for educational use only and is not medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person — sharing or reselling access is not permitted. Give us an email address you actually read: it is how we deliver access and how we reach you about your subscription.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

MedicPass is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. When you subscribe you authorise us to charge your payment method the plan price shown at checkout, and to charge it again at the start of each subsequent billing period at the same price, until you cancel. Current plans, prices and billing intervals are listed on Billing & Support.

  • Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes that apply where you live.
  • Card payments made on this website are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Charges appear on your statement as MEDICTEST PREP.
  • A subscription bought inside our iOS or Android app is billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and is managed in your app store account.

You can cancel at any time — see Billing & Support. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may change plan prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, republish, resell or publicly post our questions, rationales or study plans;
  • share your account, or use automated tools to bulk-download content;
  • attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or work around access controls;
  • use the service unlawfully, including to cheat on a proctored examination.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

5. Intellectual property

The questions, rationales, study plans, software and design of MedicPass belong to MedicPass or its licensors. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation, and it ends when your subscription ends.

6. Third-party names and no affiliation

MedicPass is an independent exam-preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and up to date, but we do not promise uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates and outages happen. We may add, change or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your active subscription includes, you may cancel and ask us about a refund under the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including exam results, lost opportunities or lost earnings. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence says otherwise.
