Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to MedicPass subscriptions purchased on medictest.info from MedicPass ("we", "us").

Pass guarantee

MedicPass is sold with a 90-day money-back pass guarantee: use the product, and if you do not pass your exam within 90 days of your purchase, write to us and we will refund you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include the charge date and amount. We confirm every request by email and process approved refunds promptly; how long the money takes to appear afterwards is up to your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellation and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; by itself it does not refund the period already paid for, and access remains open until that period ends. A subscription purchased inside our iOS or Android app is billed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are handled under the app store's own refund process, not by us — contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. We will help you identify the purchase if you are not sure which one you have.

Charges you don't recognise

Contact us before filing a dispute. We can tell you which account and email a charge belongs to, whether it was an automatic renewal, and cancel or refund it where this policy allows. If a charge was genuinely not authorised by you, tell us — we will refund it and close the subscription.

When a refund may not apply

• Requests made after the 90-day guarantee window has passed, except where required by law.
• Purchases made through an app store, which follow that store's refund process (above).
• Accounts closed for fraudulent, abusive or policy-violating use.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer-protection law in your country or state.
