You're already subscribed. The app opens on its own paywall — that screen is for new users. Log in instead.

- 3 Sign in with the email you used at checkout

Didn't get the confirmation email?
It happens, and it does not affect your subscription — the account is already open. Search your mailbox for MedicPass and check the spam, junk and promotions folders.
You do not need that email to sign in. It only carries the same address this page already shows you.
Still stuck, or want to cancel?
Write to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Please reach us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can find the purchase, tell you which email it belongs to, and cancel or refund it far faster than a dispute is settled.
