Your purchase is a MedicPass subscription — online access to the MedicPass exam-preparation service at medictest.info, on the web portal and in our app. Every plan includes:

• A day-by-day study plan built around your exam date
• Timed exam-style practice sessions
• Access on the web portal and in the iOS and Android apps

Prices are shown in US dollars and are read live from our payment provider, so this table always matches what is charged today. Promotional pricing you were shown at checkout applies to your own subscription.

Subscription billing and renewals

MedicPass plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is taken when you subscribe and then again at the start of each new billing period — monthly for a monthly plan, every three months for a three-month plan — using the card you paid with, until the subscription is cancelled. The renewal amount is the plan price shown above; we do not add hidden fees.

How to cancel

• Bought on this website — email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and ask us to cancel. We stop the next renewal and confirm by email.
• Bought inside our iOS or Android app — that subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and is cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions. We cannot cancel an app-store subscription on your behalf, but we will happily walk you through it.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for — access stays open until the end of it. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Don't recognise a charge?

If you don't recognise a charge from us, please contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank. We can identify the purchase, tell you which account and email it belongs to, check whether it was a renewal, and cancel or refund it where our policy allows — which is settled far faster than a dispute is.

It helps if you have the charge date, the amount, and the email address used at checkout.
